To grow to be a godly, Christ-centered body of believers; equipped with and grounded in truth; walking in faith by the Spirit; working powerfully in the gifts the Father has bestowed upon us; exemplifying the Gospel to the communities in which we are planted; motivated to sow the seeds of salvation.

Tom Chandler has been a member of SCF for 30 years during which time he has served as a Youth Group leader, Worship Leader, Small Group Leader, and Elder. Tom graduated from New Covenant Christian Academy, and pursued a career in Information Technology. Tom is currently bi-vocational, working for the State of Maryland and serving as Pastor at SCF. Tom has been married for 26 years to his wife Lisa, and together they have 3 beautiful daughters.
