In order to comply to COMAR 13A.10.05 and to offer accountability, monitoring will be administered twice a year, in January and May. 
You must notify your county of your involvement with this home school umbrella. Failure to comply with the standards of SCF Home School Umbrella Ministry results in a probation period with additional monitoring. If recommendations for compliance are not implemented, the Board of Education in your county of residence will be notified and monitoring under this umbrella will stop effective immediately. Parents are responsible to notify SCF Home School Umbrella of any changes to your home schooling status.
